PLACING AN ORDER
No, it is not necessary to register and log in to place an order. You can also place an order as a guest. Registering and placing the order as a loyal customer enables you to track your orders and will also spare you from having to re-enter your data every time you place a new order.
The order will be shipped within 1 workday of receiving your payment. Itella SmartKULLER, Itella SmartPOST (parcel terminal) and Omniva (parcel terminal) will deliver the package to you within 1–2 workdays. International deliveries will take 2–5 workdays.
We cannot guarantee that the product will always correspond to your size. To help you decide, we have listed the measurements of specific products and sizes.
“One size fits all” is used for products that are suitable for different sizes. The best fit is usually for sizes XS–M (up to size L for some products).
You can make the payment via a bank link (Swedbank, SEB) or by bank transfer pursuant to an invoice. Payments made via the bank link will reach us almost instantly; bank transfers will take about 1-2 workday to reach us.
If you chose the invoice payment method, the payment term is 2 calendar days of confirming your order.
Sadly, we don’t have a booking option.
Yes, each purchase is subject to a 14-day return policy. Return charges are to be covered by the customer.
One of the conditions of the return policy is that the product must not be damaged in any way. Thus, damaged products are not subject to return.
