The ChiChi online shop is a safe shopping environment – if you are not satisfied with what you ordered, you can simply return the item. Make sure to read the return policy!
- An email stating your wish to return the goods must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the goods.
- The returned goods must be delivered to ChiChi within 14 days of emailing the return notice.
- It is only possible to return unworn and undamaged items with all tags attached and in their undamaged original packaging. If the product has been damaged in any way (dirty, broken, etc.) or if the tags and/or original packaging have been removed, the product is not subject to return or exchange.
- The goods must be returned via SmartKULLER or a Itella SmartPOST or Omniva parcel terminal. The Customer may select the return method.
- The Customer will cover any return charges.
- It is necessary to indicate the sender’s details (first and family name and/or order number) on the return package. If the details have not been indicated on the package, we might not be able to match the sender and package, causing delays in refunding or shipping the exchange product.
- Lingerie, bikinis and hosiery are not subject to return once the original package has been opened.
*Returned packages are picked up once a week (refunds are made and exchange products are also shipped once a week).
*Money for the returned item(s) will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days of receiving the email containing your return notice.
*The payment will be refunded to the account that was used to make the initial payment.
*We are not responsible for damages and defects caused to the product at the Customer’s fault, due to neglect or improper use of the product, or due to the product’s normal wear and tear caused by ordinary use.
* The return and exchange policy does not extend to products that have been purchased by the Customer on site at ChiChi’s office. In that case, the Customer has had the opportunity to examine the product (try it on) before making the purchase.
